For same-day flower delivery in Vester Skerninge, place your order before 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the recipient’s address is in Dyrehavekrog, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Sending flowers to someone at Ollerup Efterskole? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Svendborg Heldagsskole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Vestermarkskolen, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Vester Skerninge Kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Vester Åby Kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Hundstrup Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hundstrup Kro, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Address details for Marieborg should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Vester Skerninge Kro, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
