Send your flower order for Kirkeby online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Genforeningssten are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Grev Lennart is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Kirkeby, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For an address in Lille Løjtved, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Sending flowers to someone at Ollerup Efterskole? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Issø-skolen is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Eggertshus, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Kirkeby Kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Lunde Kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Stenstrup Kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the destination is in Sandbjerg Huse, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Restaurant Svendborg Golf, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
