You do not need to be in Grundfor to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Buste af Frederik VII is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Hans Gadebergs Plads in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Grundfor is 14:00. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Bispehaven, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A delivery for Bakkegårdsskolen is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Rønbækskolen, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Haldum-Hinnerup Skolen, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Søften Kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Elsted.
If the delivery address is Kronjyllands Begravelsesforretning, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at La Luna, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
