Send flowers to Gudhjem from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When entering an address in Nørresand, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Jantzens Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For flowers addressed to a guest at Gudhjem Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If the service takes place at Gudhjem Kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Rø Kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Østerlars Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Klippen should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Where the delivery address includes Strandvejen, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at Gudhjem Røgeri needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
