Arrange a flower delivery in Hom online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Tingstenene are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Dagmarbrønden in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Kærehave.
Sending to Sørup Herregaard? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending flowers to Ringsted Privatskole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Valdemarskolen, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at SOSU Sjælland Ringsted? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Sankt Knuds Kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Sct. Bendts church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Scandic Ringsted, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When the recipient is at Aleris Ringsted, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
An order addressed to Rådhuset should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When entering an address in Ringsted Mark, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before sending a tribute to Ringsted Kirkegård, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at Raadhuskroen, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
