Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Kaerbol. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Gærpigen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day flower delivery in Kaerbol has an ordering deadline of 14:00, measured in local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Tved, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Sending to Den Gamle Arrest? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check with Weis Stue before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
A delivery for Gredstedbro Skole Vadehav is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Riberhus Privatskole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Vittenbergskolen, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Sct. Catharinæ kirke/kloster are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Gredstedbro Kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Ribe Cathedral, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Dagmar, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If the destination is in Galgenmark, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the delivery address is HB Begravelse, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. Before sending a tribute to Ribe Gamle Kirkegård, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at Weis Stue needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
