Send your flower order for Kobenhavn online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Corfitz Ulfeldts Skamstøtte in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Frihedsstøtten are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Where the delivery address includes Dyssegård, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Use the hospital’s full address for Hjerteafdelingen, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. If you are sending flowers to someone at Mølholm Privathospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Institut Sankt Joseph, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Skolen ved Søerne? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at St. Petri Skole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Kong Haakons Kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Grundtvigs Kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Marble Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Capio Hellerup, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Address flowers for someone at Global Biodiversity Information Facility with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
When the destination is in Emdrup, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Bademandstjenesten before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. For a tribute intended for Garnisons Kirkegård, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Marchal, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a guest at Absalon Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Check that Go Hotel Saga can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
