Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Kvaerkeby. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Genforeningssten are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. An address in Benløse should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Sending flowers to someone at Kværkeby Friskole? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Ringsted Privatskole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Vigersted Skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Benløse Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Vigersted Kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Kværkeby Kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with HumleoreHus before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a recipient whose address is in Benløse Fælled, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Chr. VI Overdrevskro, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
