Send flowers to Lina from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Hans Krarup Andreasen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Landslejrlunden in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Lina, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Holten.
A delivery for Resenbro Skole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Sejs Skole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Voel Skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Voel Kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Linå Kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Sejs-Svejbæk Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Traktørstedet Ludvigslyst, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
