Send your flower order for Nordby online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as DET ØKUMENISKE KIRKEMØDE are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Fiskernes Mindelund is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For a recipient whose address is in Haralds Have, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Aleris, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. Check with the ward at Kollund Privathospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Esbjerg Realskole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Danish National Academy of Music, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at AOF Aftenskole? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Sankt Johannes Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Vor Frelsers Kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Sankt Nikolaj Kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to A Place To Hotel Esbjerg? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending to Lokalpsykiatri Esbjerg, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
For an address in Byen, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the delivery address is Houkjær Begravelse - Esbjerg, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. Before sending a tribute to Kirkegården ved Gormsgade, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at Hav & Bøf, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Fanø Krogaard, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Forenom Aparthotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
