Same Day Delivery
Arrange a flower delivery in Osterlars online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Same-day orders for Osterlars close at 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When the destination is in Godthåb, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before sending flowers to Heldagsskolen, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Østerlars Friskole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Østermarie Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Østerlars Kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Luthersk Mission Østerlars, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Melsted Badehotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For an address in Nybro, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Melsted Badehotel, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
