Flower Delivery in Rold

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

When ordering for a recipient at Arden Rådhus, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.

Where the delivery address includes Hesselholt Huse, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Mosskovpavillonen, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
