Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for El factor online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Where the delivery address includes El Abita, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before sending flowers to Escuela Vuelta Larga, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Capilla Vuelta Larga, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Iglesia Fe Apostolica Los Pajones, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Ayuntamiento de El Factor accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in El Barro.
Other listed options include plants and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
