You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Matanzas. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in El Llano.
For a service at Salón del Reino, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the destination is in Fundación de Peravia, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Campo Mar, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include plants and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
