You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Santiago. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. If the recipient’s address is in Reparto Universitario, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering for a guest at Hodelpa Gran Almirante, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check with Palmetto Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Check that Hotel Platino can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Hodelpa Gran Almirante is listed at Avenida Salvador Estrella Sadhala; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Runtime RD, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Centro Cultural Domínico-Americano, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escuela Genaro Perez is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Catedral Santiago Apostol, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia Bautista Reformada de Santiago, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital Presidente Estrella Ureña, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Address flowers for someone at ARLSS with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the delivery address is Funeraria San Pio, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Camp David Ranch, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include plants and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hospital Hato del Yaque, and address the order to the hospital itself.
