For a recipient in Putumayo, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Monumento Mitad del mundo are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Sending to Guacamayo Ecolodge? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. If you are sending to a guest of Bamboo Lodge, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before sending flowers to Brisas del Yoyá, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Entrada Santa Elena, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Jumandi? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Puerto El Carmen - Tipishca are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Iglesia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Tapir Lodge, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Address flowers for someone at MUNICIPIO PUTUMAYO with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at El Rancho, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
