For delivery on the same day in San Juan de Pastocalle, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Check with Hostal Rondador before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Quito? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Atanasio ViteriI Karolys, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Escuela De Educación Básica Coronel Germanico Ribadeneira Valencia, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Salón del Reino Pastocalle, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Cotopaxi Luna Lodge can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
When the recipient is at SSC SAN BARTOLOME, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Los Pinos, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
