You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Arrange a flower delivery in Muṭ online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Muṭ. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Al Ganin Housing.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at El-Negoom Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
If the recipient’s address is in Ministry of Al Awkaf Buildings, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a table booked at El Shark, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
