Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Shubra al-Khaymah. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Ibn Al Hakam Square is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as The Tree of Virgin Mary are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Shubra al-Khaymah is 16:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Al Sharabeya, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Check with the ward at Alsafwa Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. For a patient at One Day Surgeries Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Use the hospital’s full address for Mustashfa Al-Hummiyat, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. For delivery details relating to Alsafwa Hospital, its listed address is شارع منيه السيرج 3; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Ahmed Orabi, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Ahmed helmy school? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Ecole du Bon Pasteur, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Angel Michail Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at El rayes masjed, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Khatam el nebeen masjed, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Ashraf before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
An order addressed to amerih court should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When entering an address in Bab El Bahr, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If flowers are going to Heliopolis War Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Karam Al Sham, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
