For a recipient in Tartu, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Pauluse kalmistu Vabadussõja mälestussammas in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Tartu Statue of Liberty - "Kalev's son" is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Tartu is 14:00. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. If the recipient’s address is in Karlova, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering for a guest at Barclay Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
A delivery for Hugo Treffneri Gümnaasium is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Antonius, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
If flowers are going to Tartu sõjaväekalmistu, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Aparaat, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
