The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Asko Area.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Fraol Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
When several people are giving the flowers together at ሂልቶፕስ የእውቀት መንደር Hiltops Knowledge Village, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for FetAwerari HabeteGiorgis is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Al afia school, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Anfo Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Asco Debre Medhanit Medhanealem Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Imamu Ahmed Al-Gazi Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Alesko before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
A flower order for a recipient at Bethel Teaching needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
When ordering for a recipient at Kolfe Keranio SubCity Woreda 8 Addministration Office, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If the recipient’s address is in Gefersa Shet', keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bamboo, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
