For delivery on the same day in Gonder, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Where the delivery address includes Abune Sefer, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Sending to ZOBLE Resort Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at Circle Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a delivery to a teacher at Walya primery, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Felege Tibeb Beata Lemaryam Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Hatikvah Synagogue of the Jewish Community of Gondar, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Beata Lemaryam Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Taye Belay Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Gondar Referral Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
If the recipient works at Bureau of Agriculture, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
For a recipient whose address is in Maraki, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Camelot House, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Ibex Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
