Send your flower order for Jijiga online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Address details for Xafadaha should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Check with the ward at Jigjiga University Meles Zenawi Referal Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Jijiga referal hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
For a delivery to a teacher at Cusmaan Binu Cafaan Girls' School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Iftin School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Jijiga University Main Gate, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Al-Hashim Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Masjid, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Masjid Abubakar are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Bootada Salle, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Karamara General Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Address flowers for someone at ARRA Office with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Barakat Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
A flower order for someone staying at Mohamed Haji Ismail Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to City Crown Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
