What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

If you are sending flowers to someone at Terveyskeskus, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

When ordering for a recipient at Perhon Kunnantalo, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For someone in Paavonkallio, use that locality name within the delivery address.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
