A flower order for Agen can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Monument aux morts d'Agen in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Square du Souvenir Français are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Agen is 16:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
If you are sending to a guest of Appart City, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Campanile should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hôtel Première Classe, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. The listed address for Appart City is Rue Lafayette 34; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Lycée général et technologique privé Saint-Caprais, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Calandreta Jansemineta, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Lycée général et technologique Jean-Baptiste de Baudre, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Agen Cathedral, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Chapelle Notre-Dame du Bourg, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Église Notre-Dame des Jacobins, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Hôtel de ville d'Agen should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
A tribute addressed to Cimetière de Gaillard should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Hippopotamus, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
