For a recipient in Ax-les-Thermes, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day orders for Ax-les-Thermes close at 16:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in La Calmeraie, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Sending to Domaine de la Vallée d'Ax? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. If the recipient is staying at Les Tilleuls, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège Mario Beulaygue, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for École maternelle is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to École élémentaire, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Église Saint-Vincent, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Notre Dame d'Ax are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Mercure, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hôpital local Saint-Louis, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Before placing a workplace order for Mairie d'Ax-les-Thermes, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
For a table booked at Le P'tit Montagnard, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
