You do not need to be in Bar-le-Duc to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Statue du Président Poincaré are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When entering an address in Lotissement de Le Chênaie, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Centre Hospitalier de Bar-le-Duc, and address the order to the hospital itself. For an order addressed to Centre Hospitalier de Bar-le-Duc, the listed location is Boulevard d'Argonne 1; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A delivery for EPL Agro de la Meuse is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Ensemble scolaire Jean-Paul II (Collège La Croix & Lycée Saint-Louis), name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Lycée Professionnel Ligier Richier? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Église Notre-Dame, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Antoine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église Saint-Jean, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Préfecture de la Meuse, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
When the destination is in Lotissement du Petit Juré, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a tribute addressed to Pompes Funèbres et Marbrerie Déprez, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. If flowers are going to Nécropole nationale de Bar-le-Duc, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bistrot St-Jean, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
If the recipient is staying at Ibis budget, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
The street address listed for Ibis budget is Rue des Vallottes 5; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
