Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Bois-de-Haye? The ordering deadline is 16:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in Lotissement Le Relais de Velaine, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A delivery for École élémentaire is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to École maternelle, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Église Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Église de la Nativité-de-la-Vierge, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Mairie de Bois-de-Haye, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at L'Ozan, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
