Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Bonchamp-les-Laval is 16:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Ibis Budget, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The street address listed for Ibis Budget is Rue Bernard Palissy 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for École élémentaire publique Bono Campo is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to École maternelle Bono campo, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at École primaire privée Nazareth? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Église Saint-Blaise, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Mairie de Bonchamp-lès-Laval, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
A tribute addressed to Cimetière de Bonchamp should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Maison Marsollier, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
