Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Bourdeaux. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as monument aux morts are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Resting place of Sheba, exceptional dog is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Bourdeaux is 16:00, local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For an address in Fournet, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Sending flowers to someone at École publique Louis Faucon? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Notre-Dame de l'Assomption, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Temple de Bourdeaux, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Hôtel de Ville de Bourdeaux, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Gap des Tortelles.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Le P'tit Roubion, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
