For delivery on the same day in Bray-Dunes, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. If you cannot visit a guest at Etoile de Mer Evancy Bray-Dunes, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Résidence Étoile des Dunes, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A flower order for someone staying at La Brise des Dunes Evancy Bray-Dunes should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The location listed for Etoile de Mer Evancy Bray-Dunes is Rue des Goélands 322; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Groupe scolaire Bray-Dunois - École des Goélettes, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Groupe scolaire Bray-Dunois - École primaire Gustave Deswarte, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Section d'enseignement général et professionnel adapté du Collège du Septentrion, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Église Notre-Dame-des-Dunes, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église du Sacré-Cœur, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Mairie de Bray-Dunes, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For a table booked at La Favorite, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
