You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Chambon-sur-Lac. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Hôtel Bellevue should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to La Bonne Hôtesse, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When addressing flowers to a guest at Aux 500 Diables, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. When arranging flowers for Hôtel Bellevue, note its listed address, Route du Chambon; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École élémentaire de la Save, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Église Saint-Étienne are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Baptistery, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Hotel Le Grillon, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
