A flower order for Chaponnay can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Chaponnay is 16:00. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hôtel Mercure Lyon Est Chaponnay, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. For a guest at Ibis Budget Lyon Est Chaponnay, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel Mercure, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The address given for Hôtel Mercure Lyon Est Chaponnay is Rue Tony Garnier; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for École maternelle Marlène Jobert is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at collège privé La Xavière? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at École primaire Les Clémentières, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Église Saint-Barthélemy, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Mairie de Chaponnay should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at La Boucherie, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
