You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Chasse-sur-Rhone. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Stèle du Génocide in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Chasse-sur-Rhone is 16:00. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Trembas, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hôtel Ibis, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Kyriad Direct, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at École maternelle Les Georgelières, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at École Pierre Bouchard? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle des Barbières, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Église Saint-Martin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Ibis Lyon Sud should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Check whether Mairie de Chasse-sur-Rhône accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If flowers are going to Ginkgo, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Buffalo Grill, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
