Send your flower order for Chavelot online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Chavelot. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Before ordering for a guest at hotelF1 Épinal Nord, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When addressing flowers to a guest at Prest'hôtel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. hotelF1 Épinal Nord is listed at ZAC de la Cobrelle; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at École maternelle? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for École primaire is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Église Saint-Èvre, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at La Fabrique, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
