Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 16:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Clapiers. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the destination is in Résidence La source, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège François Mitterrand, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle Olympe de Gouges, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for École élémentaire Victor Hugo is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Antoine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Église Adventiste du 7e Jour, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Mairie de Clapiers, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Le Pré.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Le Jour d'après before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. If flowers are going to Ancien cimetière Columbarium, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Kamii, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
