You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Deauville. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Carré militaire in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Désiré Le Hoc is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for Deauville close at 16:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Before ordering for a guest at Hôtel Royal-Barrière, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Ibis, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a delivery to a teacher at Lycée général André Maurois, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Collège André Maurois, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Lycée professionnel privé Saint-Joseph, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Église Saint-Laurent, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Pitié are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Église Saint-Augustin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hôtel Normandy Barrière should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Sending to a patient at Polyclinique Deauville calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
An order addressed to Cœur Côte Fleurie should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at L'essentiel, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
