You do not need to be in Decazeville to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Mausolée Cabrol in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hôtel Foulquier, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hôtel Mapel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When arranging flowers for Hôtel Foulquier, note its listed address, Avenue Victor Hugo 14 Bis; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Collège Paul Ramadier, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Collège Sainte-Foy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Lycée "La Découverte" - Section d'enseignement professionnel, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Chapelle Saint-Roch, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Église Notre-Dame, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Église Saint-Antoine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Hôtel de Ville de Decazeville, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Chris Funéraire, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. Before sending a tribute to Cimetière de Saint-Roch, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Mystic Pizza, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
