Send flowers to Dorlisheim from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Menhir Lange stein are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Stèle Bugatti is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Best Western Le Rhénan should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Sending to Le Dormeur? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For a guest at Le Forum, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When arranging flowers for Best Western Le Rhénan, note its listed address, Chemin des Moissons 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at École maternelle, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Église Saint-Laurent, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Mairie de Dorlisheim, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Del Arte, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
