A florist in ecully handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Valpré, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check with Hôtel Campanile before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When addressing flowers to a guest at Maison d'Anthouard, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Valpré has a listed address of Chemin de Chalin 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Centre de formation et de promotion horticole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at École primaire Saint-Dominique Savio? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to École élémentaire Charrière Blanche, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Chapelle Saint-Jean-Marie-Vianney, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Chapelle de Valpré, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Église Evangelique Protestante are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the recipient is at Clinique Mon Repos, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
An order addressed to Mairie d’Écully should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For a tribute intended for Cimetière Israélite de Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at 3 Brewers, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
