For a recipient in Eybens, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Mémorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Mât du drapeau olympique are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Sending to Hôtel inn? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at École maternelle Bel Air, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for École maternelle Les Ruires is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle du Bourg, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Église Saint-Christophe are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Église Evangélique, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Église protestante évangélique Grenoble Eybens, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Château de la Commanderie, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Address flowers for someone at Mairie d'Eybens with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Buffalo Grill, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
