You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Grenoble. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Général de Beylie are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Vasque Olympique is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Grenoble, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When the destination is in L'Aigle, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Okko Hôtels Grenoble Jardin Hoche, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel Mercure Grenoble Alpotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check that B&B Hôtel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When arranging flowers for Okko Hôtels Grenoble Jardin Hoche, note its listed address, Rue Hoche 23; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Lycée Champollion, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Cité Scolaire Internationale, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Lycée général Stendhal? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Chapelle Sainte-Marie-Saint-Michel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Cathédrale Notre-Dame are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hôpital de jour pour enfants, and address the order to the hospital itself.
An order addressed to Hôtel de ville de Grenoble should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the destination is in Polygone Scientifique, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Billon, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. Before sending a tribute to Cimetière Saint-Roch, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Auberge Napoléon, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
When the recipient is at Institut Daniel Hollard, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Sending to a patient at Centre de santé Vieux Temple calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
