You do not need to be in Hauts de Bienne to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day flower delivery in Hauts de Bienne has an ordering deadline of 16:00, measured in local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Villedieu.
For a recipient at Hôpital Léon Bérard, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. The address given for Hôpital Léon Bérard is Les Essarts; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at École maternelle du Centre? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at École maternelle sur le Puits, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to École élémentaire sur le Puits, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Témoins de Jéhovah, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église Saint-Eustache, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Église de l'Assomption-de-Notre-Dame are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hôtel du Commerce should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
An order for a staff member at France Services should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Au Rendez-Vous, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Kyriad Direct, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
