Same-day orders for Jouy-le-Potier close at 16:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Sending flowers to someone at École primaire Les Raboliots? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Église Saint-Pierre are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A tribute addressed to Cimetière communal de Jouy-le-Potier should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Auberge des Potiers, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
