Send your flower order for Le Chambon-sur-Lignon online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Lotissement La Boiseraie.
Check with Hôtel de la plage before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For flowers addressed to a guest at Bel Horizon, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège du Lignon, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Collège l'Escale, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Cours Privé Prim'Aid is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Le Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Église Notre-Dame are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Église Protestante Évangélique, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel Restaurant du Velay, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When ordering for a recipient at Mairie du Chambon-sur-Lignon, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For an address in Lotissement de l'Étang, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A tribute addressed to Cimetière des Bretchs should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at L'Arbre vagabond, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
