You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Arrange a flower delivery in Le Tronchet online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Le Tronchet. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Sending to L'abbaye le Tronchet - Handwritten Collection? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For an order addressed to L'abbaye le Tronchet - Handwritten Collection, the listed location is Rue de l'Abbatiale 7; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École primaire Albert Aubry, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Église abbatiale de la Purification-de-la-Sainte-Vierge, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Chapelle de la Salette, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Mairie du Tronchet should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
