You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Les Septvallons. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Plaque commémorative 1914-1918 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Les Septvallons, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
Before sending flowers to École primaire Jacques Pelletier, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Église Saint-Martin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Pierre, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église Sainte-Geneviève, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Mairie déléguée de Glennes, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For a tribute intended for Nécropole nationale d'Oeuilly, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
