Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Ludres is 16:00, local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For an address in Chaudeau, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Première Classe, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Bonsai Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège Jacques Monod, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at École maternelle Jacques Prévert? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for École maternelle Pierre Loti is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Église Saint-Epvre are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Impact Centre Chrétien - Église de Nancy, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Kyriad, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before placing a workplace order for Hôtel de Ville, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Au Bureau, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
