You do not need to be in Meursac to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Monument aux Morts in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. An address in Champs de la Vigne should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A delivery for École primaire is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Église Saint-Martin, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Mairie de Meursac with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Where the delivery address includes Chez Iolly, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before sending a tribute to Cimetière de Meursac, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at La Table de Meursac, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
