You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Mouchamps. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Tombeau de Georges Clemenceau are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Sainte-Marie is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day orders for Mouchamps close at 16:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For an address in La Guilbaude, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before sending flowers to École Notre-Dame, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at École René Guilbaud, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Temple Église Réformée de France, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Pierre, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Mairie de Mouchamps, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Where the delivery address includes Lotissement du Bois Bertin, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If flowers are going to Cimetière de la Chaussée, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Crêperie du Soleil, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
